This beach gets extremely crowded in the summer. Arrive before 10 a.m. on sunny, summer days. Area also has lifeguards (peak season), and a bathhouse with showers. Beach wheelchairs available for use. If locked underneath the bathhouse, call the park office for access at 302-227-2800. Food concessions available during peak season. Dogs not permitted.
